A DIFFERENT WAY TO THINK ABOUT PROFESSIONAL COACHING:

Leadership Coaching Approaches That Begin With Who You Are

You bring more into coaching than the challenge in front of you. How you lead is shaped by what you value, what you believe, what you notice, and the patterns and instincts you bring with you. My approach makes room for all of it, because sometimes the most useful insight comes from looking beyond what you can simply think your way through.

WHAT COACHING WITH ME LOOKS LIKE:

More Than One Way In

I draw from more than one approach — practical, reflective, and everything in between — because the same thing doesn't work for every person, or even for the same person every time.

Beyond Conversation

Sometimes the most useful information isn't something you can think your way to. Noticing what's happening in your body, or the images, colors, and metaphors that surface when you step outside analytical thinking, can uncover what talking alone might miss.

Room To Play

Not every session has to be serious. Sometimes shifting into something playful or unscripted gets you further than staying stuck in problem-solving mode.

MY COACHING TOOLBOX:

Solution-Focused

Coaching is oriented toward where you want to go. We'll clarify what you want, explore what may be getting in the way, and turn insight into actionable steps that help you make meaningful progress toward what you want.

Visioning

Sometimes we need to step outside what we already know to imagine what's possible. I use visioning to move beyond analytical thinking, so you connect with what you want and create a clearer, more compelling picture of what comes next.

Somatic

We experience more than we can think our way through. Our emotions, instincts, & experiences show up in the body, too. Paying attention to those signals can uncover insights we'd otherwise miss & build awareness how you respond and lead.

Patterns & Perspective

I help you recognize the internal patterns that can get in your way and strengthen your ability to respond with curiosity, empathy, creativity, and clear-headed action. Through simple practices, we build your capacity to access those qualities.

Improv & Play

Growth doesn't have to be serious all the time. I bring play, spontaneity, and improv into coaching to create space for experimentation. It's a powerful way to practice presence, adaptability, and trust in your own instincts as a leader.

Space to find his own answers:

"Richelle was crucial in helping me expand my scope, work through my initial hesitation to delegate, and elevate my leadership."

She gave me space to work things out for myself while also challenging me to grow faster.

— Sean, Engineering Director

A gift other coaches notice:

"A keen observer who takes in what others are saying and distills it into a meaningful piece of feedback, question, or insight. The way Richelle chooses her words and captures the essence of people is a magical skill."

She has a gift for slowing the moment down, creating space for genuine connection, and taking people with her

— Karin, Executive Coach
