Curious by nature.
Direct when it counts.

You won’t find quick answers or one-size-fits-all advice here. Expect thoughtful questions, honest conversation, and space to look closely at what’s really going on.

Sometimes that means challenging an assumption or noticing a pattern that’s been hard to see. Other times, it means slowing down long enough to hear what you already know.

For 15 years, I worked as an HR partner advising leaders at Amazon, Meta, and Netflix. I saw intentional leadership create the trust, community, and belonging that allow innovative ideas, and the people behind them, to thrive. I also saw the lasting harm leadership can cause when self-awareness and care are absent.

I believe deeply in every person’s capacity to grow and lead.

Eventually, I reached a pivotal moment of my own. I realized I no longer wanted to focus primarily on responding to the consequences of leadership. I wanted to work closer to the source, helping thoughtful people understand their influence and become the leaders they are capable of being.

That’s what led me to coaching. Today, I get to devote my work to the part of my career I’ve always loved most: developing human potential and helping people lead with greater intention.

I BELIEVE IN:

Curiosity before certainty. Directness with kindness. Honoring the person behind the title, not just the leader.

I’M INSPIRED BY:

People who keep learning. Leaders willing to look honestly at themselves and care deeply about how they lead others.

WHEN I’M NOT WORKING:

I am often learning something new about psychology, enjoying time with my husband and 2 kids & 2 dogs, or exploring the beautiful nature scenes of Santa Cruz and Tahoe.

I’LL ALWAYS:

Ask the question others may have missed. Make room for play. Tell you what I see. And trust that you have the answers.

MY COACHING STYLE

There’s a whole person behind the leadership title.

How you lead is shaped by more than what you know. Your values, instincts, patterns, and experiences all come with you.

My coaching draws from different approaches depending on what will serve you best, from practical problem-solving and visioning to somatics, building your clear-headed, curious side, and play.

There’s no formula. The work meets you where you are and helps you become more intentional about where you go next.

SEE HOW I COACH

A few things that make me, me.

I love gardening and wandering around farmers markets. Give me some plants to fuss over and a Saturday morning with nowhere to be, and I’m pretty happy.

my happy place!

I’ve practiced yoga for years. It gets me out of my head, back into my body, and reminds me to slow down enough to notice what’s actually going on.
I genuinely love figuring out what makes people tick. Personality tests, human behavior, why we do the weird things we do...I find all of it fascinating.
